Frequently asked

Is my pcap actually private?

Free-tier analysis runs in your browser. Pro-tier analysis uses a Techclick-operated Python pipeline for deeper inspection. Raw captures are processed only for the requested analysis and are not used for public examples or third-party sharing.

What payment methods?

Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking) for ₹ pricing. International cards welcome — they will be billed at the same INR rate.

Refund policy?

7-day no-questions refund on the first month. After that, prorated refund on cancellation.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account page. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing cycle, then revert to free tier.

Where does the data live?

Cloudflare Workers serve the edge application, KV stores short-lived share data, and the Techclick Python pipeline handles deeper packet inspection when requested. Contact support for the current retention and deployment details before sharing sensitive production captures.

Do you support API access for CI/CD?

Pro tier ships a stable API at https://pcap.techclick.in/api/deep/*. Bring your tc_plan cookie or use the X-Api-Key header (rolling soon). Sample GitHub Action lives in the docs once you're signed up.
